My passion is creating photographs that tell a story: whether that story is with food as the center; documenting a busy restaurant kitchen; a farm to table experience: or family life.

The most memorable work experiences have been with: Helen Dujardin (working as an assistant at workshops), Chef John Ondo (owner of Lana Restaurant in Charleston, South Carolina), Chef Matthew Stephens.

When I am not working I love to create in my own kitchen and garden (making my own farm to table experience with my home-grown herbs and vegetables.)
